Recommended daily intake: 1-4 Months: Half a 5 ml teaspoon daily. 4 months-4 years: One 5 ml teaspoon daily. 4 years+: Two 5 ml teaspoons daily. Up to 6 months, the liquid can be mixed with milk or water
